George T. Burke is a member of the State Bar of California licensed to practice in all the State Courts in California and admitted to the United States District (Federal) Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
He completed the Juris Doctor degree in 2005 at Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland Oregon, graduating in the top third of the class while earning the highest grades in Contracts, Legal Writing, Advanced Legal Research and appellate brief writing Honors.
Mr. Burke has successfully handled more than 700 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Burke also has experience in the Superior Court of California and Federal Court handling civil cases related to contracts, fraud, elder financial abuse, real estate law, voidable transfers and creditor-debtor disputes including drafting complaints and answers, motions, discovery, depositions, anti-SLAPP motions and summary judgment motions.
